1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using cocozen.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Who We Are

CocoZen by Druthi is a food products brand based in Karnataka, India, specialising in cold-pressed virgin coconut oil and upcycled copra cake cookies.

3. Use of Website

  • You must be 18 years or older to make purchases (or have parental consent)
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or placing orders
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You agree not to misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion

4. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
  • Product images are for illustration purposes — actual product may vary slightly in appearance
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
  • In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

5. Orders and Payment

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment
  • We accept Credit Card, Debit Card and UPI payments via Razorpay
  • Cash on Delivery is not available
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after successful payment
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or stock unavailability (full refund issued)

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999
  • Flat ₹60 shipping on orders below ₹999
  • Estimated delivery times:
    Karnataka: 5–7 business days
    Other states: 7–10 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control
  • We deliver to Indian addresses only
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • To cancel: My Account → My Orders → Cancel Order button
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
  • Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on cocozen.in including text, images, logos, design and code is owned by CocoZen by Druthi
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission
  • CocoZen and the CocoZen logo are trademarks of CocoZen by Druthi

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the value of your order
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes or government actions

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
